The townhome is built on Shanahan Ridge that defines the south end of Boulder. There is a view of the mountains to the west from the deck on the back side of the house. There is a patio on the east of the house shaded by evergreens. A good place for breakfast in the morning sun or having dinner in the shade. The house was completely refinished at the is beginning of the year. There is a path along the ridge looking down and across the South Boulder. There is park space across the street to the east. The park includes a track sports fields a lake with a walking track around it and a recreation center with a pool, gym, and outdoor tennis courts. It is about 2 miles north to downtown Boulder.
South Boulder, a neighborhood in Boulder, is home to this vacation home. National Center for Atmospheric Research and Dairy Center for the Arts are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Pearl Street Mall and Twenty Ninth Street.
