Unwind in this expansive and luxurious home in one of the most highly sought-after neighborhoods in Boulder. This peaceful retreat checks all the boxes for your quintessential Boulder experience: Located directly on open space with views over Boulder, several outstanding trails of varying levels of difficulty that are right out the back door, and a private storybook-esque path from the neighborhood that leads you to Pearl Street's many amenities.
This home takes advantage of it's location being the highest in the neighborhood by positioning the living room on the 2nd floor. This offers incredible views over both the city as well as the open space. The 3 Bedrooms all have king sized beds. The primary bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has an ensuite 5 piece bath and a large walk in closet. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the main level and share the 3/4 newly renovated bath. Also on the main level is the laundry room and a large space that could be utilized as a workout room.
Multiple trails of varying levels of difficulty are within a 5 minute walk from the property: The Mount Sanitas Trail is one of Boulder's most popular and offers incredible city and back range views along a challenging 3.5 mile loop. This is accessed directly across Sunshine Canyon Drive and is roughly a 4 minute walk from the property. The Red Rocks and Anemone Trails are accessed .1 mile up Sunshine Canyon Drive from the neighborhood entrance via the Centennial Trailhead. A little further (1 minute drive or 6 minute walk) up Sunshine Canyon Drive or along Sunshine Canyon Trail is the Lions Lair trail which connects to the back side of Mt Sanitas and offers some of the most gorgeous scenery along any trail system in Boulder.
Located in Boulder, this vacation home is in the mountains. Arnett-Fullen House and Downtown Boulder Historic District are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Pearl Street Mall and Twenty Ninth Street. Long's Iris Gardens and Fiske Planetarium are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
