This fully furnished modern, mountain haven is on the bottom floor of my home. The space is a sunny walk-out basement with your own separate entrance.
It is close to downtown Boulder (6.7 miles to 9th and Pearl), but nestled in the foothills close to hiking and biking trails. lt's a world away - your own special haven. The views are indescribable, both day and night. It's the best of both worlds - with easy access to socialization in downtown Boulder, while providing a retreat to serenity.
The space has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, with a large living room/kitchen. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other has a daybed trundle for 2 single beds and a desk, which can be used as a combo office/guest room. You will have outdoor patio space under the deck, so it's cooler in the hot summer sun. The front bedroom has newer wool carpet. We will share the laundry which is in your place.
Sorry, no smokers. This house is on the fire line and the environment is extremely delicate here.
Boulder is home to this vacation home. James F. Bailey Assay Office Museum and Gold Hill Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Long's Iris Gardens and Dairy Center for the Arts. Fiske Planetarium and Sommer Bausch Observatory are also worth visiting.
