The rental has a great layout with a Bedroom and Bath on each level, perfect for privacy within the unit. The main level of this unit features an open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Area, which is flooded with natural light from the original bay windows. The Kitchen features brand new appliances including a 5 burner gas range, dishwasher, fridge and a coffee and tea station. Enjoy dining al fresco on the dedicated outdoor dining table on the shared front porch.
The light-filled main level Bedroom is adjacent to the full Bath with tub on the same floor. The garden level features a Bedroom, Bath with shower, Office and Laundry. Every Bedroom has a closet with a dresser for additional storage. The beautiful lower level Bath has a shower with a bench and barn door style glass enclosure. A garden-level Office awaits with a work station, sitting area and TV. There is an additional fold out desk available should a second work station be needed. The private Laundry has a washer and dryer as well as an iron.
The home has been completely renovated and includes central air and heating. Brand new plumbing and electrical throughout. The adjacent 2 Bedroom + Office 2 Bath unit with Laundry may also be available and both sides may combined to accommodate a larger group.
This rental apartment is in a historic duplex building with historic wood floors. We asks our guests to be mindful of noise level in the unit as some sound does transmit. We provide sound machines in the bedrooms.
