It has many nice features, such as a wood-burning fireplace, built-in bluetooth speakers in the bathroom, deck with furniture & BBQ, window A/C unit, Flatscreen HDTV, washer/dryer in-unit, mood lighting, built-in closet system, elevator, private parking space, etc. The use of space is very smartly laid out, and you will feel at home the minute you cross the threshold.

On 23rd & Pearl, an AMAZING downtown location…walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Pearl St. Mall, Farmer’s Market, Boulder Bike Path, Hazel's Liquors, Hiking Trails, Boulder Creek, Central Park, Starbucks, Boulder Outdoor Cinema, Trendy 29th St. Mall, and all of the FUN downtown activities.
