Located in Kazungula, Kasane, Chobe, Botswana, we pride ourselves in reflecting the lush nature of the Chobe and our cottages are made from natural materials found in surrounding the environment.

The Cottage
Cottage 1 is a standard cottage and has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom (no door in the bathroom) with a shower and toilet. It has a bar fridge to keep your groceries if you'll be using our kitchen facilities and the likes. The TV has DSTV channels.

Our Vacation Rental

At Nxabii Cottages we have a total of 7 cottages: 1 Family Cottage, 2 Standard Cottages and 4 Deluxe Cottages as well as tented accommodation available on the property. Come make breathtaking memories of the Chobe at a rate that won’t break your budget.

Our cottages are situated in Kazungula, 6 km from Kasane. Our Cottages have free WiFi, air conditioning and a cable flat-screen TV. All cottages have a fridge and study table with coffee/tea facilities. Nxabii Cottages has self - catering facilities. We have an outdoor kitchen available to all customers as well as braai/barbecue facilities. Meals: breakfast & dinner, are available on request at an extra charge.

We have a Tour Operator partner who assists with booking activities such as a game drive, boat cruise or mobile/safari camp in the Chobe Reserve as well as day trips to Victoria Falls.

Kasane is home to this cottage. The Prison Tree and Lesome Disaster Monument are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Kasika Conservancy and Cuando River. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing, wildlife walks, and motor boating.
