This stunning 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment is brand spanking new - along with all of the furnishings. It includes one queen & one full size ensuite bedrooms. The unit is extremely clean and very nicely decorated. Only a 5 minute walk to Ashmont station (red line), which will take you directly to downtown Boston, Harvard Square, South Boston, Kendall/MIT, U Mass. There are two great restaurants nearby - Via Cannuccia and Tavolo Ristorante, as well as a local coffee shop + a Dunkin just across the T station.
The Space
The historical property was built in 1894. It is located in Ashmont Hill, which is an area within Boston's Dorchester neighborhood that is known for their beautiful victorian homes, and its diverse and eclectic neighborhood.
The house is located only about a five minute walk from Ashmont T station, which is the first or last station on the red line. Extremely convenient.
The Ashmont Apartment is Unit 1 (First Floor) of our two family home to which we have converted the entire property into a unique Guest House and Outdoor Living Space that is open year round, with the exception of The Office - which is closed during the winter months. The Ashmont Suite or Unit 2 is in the second and third Floor, while @ The Boiler Room is located in the garden level.

The Ashmont apartment is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment. One bedroom (The Map Room) has a queen size bed and its own ensuite bathroom. While the other room (The Elephant Room), comes with a full size bed and its own ensuite bathroom as well. The apartment includes an open living room and kitchen. Everything is brand new, modern with very comfortable beds and always new and crisp bedding/linens.
Located in Dorchester, a neighborhood in Boston, this apartment is near theme parks and near a water park. Boston Museum of Fine Arts and Berklee College of Music are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Fenway Park and Faneuil Hall Marketplace. Check out an event or a game at TD Garden, and consider making time for New England Aquarium, a top attraction not to be missed. Discover the area's water adventures with motor boating and fishing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with ecotours.
