Boasting all of the classic charm of a 1930s Cape-style home, this quaint and quiet, two-story escape will be just the place to take a breather and get away from it all while still being mere minutes from the heart of Boothbay Harbor. This home is surrounded by lush greenery, local wildlife, and salty air. The large deck boasts ample seating for everyone to enjoy! As soon as you make your way inside, you will be welcomed by an abundance of natural light through numerous windows, white paint and light wood accents, and comfortable furnishings to kick back and gather with loved ones after a full day of adventure. Not to mention, the full kitchen is equipped with all of the major appliances and cookware needed to whip up tasty meals. Additionally, there's a private office space off the kitchen that can accommodate two workstations.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in Boothbay Harbor, this vacation home is near the beach. Boothbay Region Historical Society Museum and Boothbay Harbor Memorial Library are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Maine State Aquarium and Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. Boothbay Railway Village and Dolphin Mini Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
