Nestled in the woods just a walk away from downtown and waterfront of lovely Boothbay Harbor. The space in includes a large deck with grill and outdoor furniture as well. The second floor has a primary suite with large bath and walk-in closets. The other sleeping area is downstairs when you walk in there is a large trundle bunk bed with a twin on top and queen on the bottom as well another full that pulls out. Convenient laundry located in the first floor bath. This home is modern and built to provide a memorable coast of Maine retreat! There is a separate in-law suite in the front of the house that rents separate, but we do have a listing to rent the entire home as well!
Boothbay Harbor is home to this vacation home. Ovens Mouth Preserve and Knickerbocker Lake reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and Opera House at Boothbay Harbor. Maine State Aquarium and Boothbay Railway Village are also worth visiting. With kayaking, motor boating, and sailing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
