- Nestled high in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Camp Calico is a beautiful mountain home located in the coveted Blue Ridge Mountain Club providing guests access to the unique amenities the club provides.
- The Blue Ridge Mountain Club is an upscale, gated mountain community with thousands of acres of pristine land, over 40 miles of hiking, walking, biking, and UTV trails. There is a safe, fun swimming hole and over 64 miles of private fishing streams and creeks.
- The Chetola Sporting Preserve offers trap and sporting clay shooting, a pistol range, an archery range, and a rifle range. Enjoy a guided trap shooting adventure on a 13-station course. Book a guided fly fishing trip on the private waters.
- The Ascent Wellness & Fitness Center, adjacent to the condos, has state-of-the-art equipment, yoga facilities, exercise studios, facilitated fitness classes, and much more. The center is available to our guests during staffed hours at $10 per day.
- Adjacent to the Fitness Center is the new Lookout Grill, a casual restaurant with an indoor/outdoor bar open to the breathtaking mountain views, just a short walk from the condo. The restaurant and bar are available seasonally, and hours will change based on the time of year. Please check for updated hours and information.
- The Watson Gap Village Jasper House is a stunning gathering place with a huge fireplace and comfy furniture. Open the big wall facing the views, and create a unique indoor/outdoor venue.
- The Fire Garden just outside in Watson Gap Village boasts numerous fire features and fire pits - both propane and wood-burning - for guests to enjoy. Its common lawn and courtyard have lots of comfortable outdoor furniture to relax while enjoying the endless views and a large, level manicured lawn for outdoor fun.
- The Watson Gap Village offers plenty of room inside and out to enjoy time with family and friends and meeting new friends. The nearby Watson Gap Pavilion offers another social gathering place with an outdoor fireplace, a grilling/barbecuing station, and facilities for guest comfort. The Watson Gap Pavilion is a wonderful place for impromptu gatherings as well as planned events. It hosts more than 20 social events every year and is available for weddings and other special occasions.
- There is also an Events Lawn which hosts numerous large events, concerts, and more as it can accommodate hundreds of people at one time.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's paradise, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, sleek countertops, and custom cabinetry. It's the perfect space to whip up culinary masterpieces or enjoy casual meals with loved ones. Step outside the large deck featuring an outdoor living space complete with a TV and wood-burning fireplace. The picturesque views provide a serene backdrop for every outdoor activity. Downstairs, the den provides a comfortable space to share stories of your mountain adventures. The lower deck is an ideal place to unwind after a day on the parkway, offering a hot tub and seating areas.

Camp Calico is a three-level homes boasting four suites. Retreat to the master suite on the top floor, a haven of tranquility, where you'll find a king bed, lavish en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, and dual vanities, and a private covered balcony. Marvel at the Blue Ridge Mountains while lounging on the daybed swing. The top floor also has a queen suite with step-in shower. The main floor is home to a second queen suite with a tub/shower combo. The final bedroom is located on the lower level and has a king bed with Jack-N-Jill bathroom.

Guests are provided Wifi, central heating and air conditioning, laundry room, and main floor powder room. Pets are not permitted at Camp Calico. Please note that there are exterior security cameras that capture the driveway, entry door, and side yard. There is also a doorbell camera. The paved driveway has parking for three vehicles. Winter guests should prepare for inclement weather with 4WD or AWD.
