Welcome to Hinesight at Hound Ears in Boone!

Relax and enjoy your getaway at this beautiful mountain home located in the prestigious gated community of Hound Ears Club, just between Boone and Banner Elk.

Hinesight accommodates up to 9 guests with a spacious 4 bedroom/4.5 bath layout. This home features four King suites. Each with an attached bath for added convenience and privacy for your group.

The main level features a King suite that has an ensuite full bath including a jetted tub, double vanity and tiled shower. The half bath is also located on the main level. Head upstairs and the King suite has deck access as well as a twin day bed. This ensuite full bath includes a tiled tub/shower. The lower level accommodates the 3rd and 4th King suites. Each of these suites has deck access and an ensuite full bath including a tiled tub/shower.
All four suite have a Streaming TV and ceiling fan.

The modern custom kitchen has a 4 burner gas range, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, bar with an ice maker and mini fridge. And every coffee lover will be happy to know that we have both a Keurig style and drip coffeemaker provided for you!

Sit by the indoor wood burning fireplace and listen to your favorite songs on the sound bar in the den.

On a nice evening, grill up a lovely dinner and take in the surrounding mountain views while you are out on these fantastic porches.

Ski your heart away this winter! We are located between all three ski slopes!

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Due to neighborhood restrictions, reservations may only be booked more than 3 days, or 72 hours, prior to arrival. Guests must complete an information form for the Hound Ears neighborhood upon booking, and the reservation will be approved based on the form.
- Motorcycles are strictly prohibited inside the Hound Ears community.
- This home is pet friendly and allows up to 2 mature well trained dogs for each stay. Pet rent is $25+tax per pet per night. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Firewood for the indoor woodburning fireplace may be purchased with at least one week (7 day) advance notice. Firewood is $25/nt for 2 bundles of wood + 1 firestarter plus tax and will be delivered to the home for you.
- TVs are Streaming only.
- Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
- Paved driveway for up to 4 vehicles. Only 1 step to enter.
- Rental guests cannot access any Hound Ears Club amenities or buildings, including golf, pool, tennis, or the restaurant; as per Club rules updated in late 2023.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. The road leading to this home is paved with a paved driveway. Hound Ears Property Services treats and removes snow during any inclement winter weather event. Use caution when traveling during inclement weather as icy spots may be present. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- PLEASE NOTE: the bedroom fireplace is decorative only and non-operational. Home offers a wood burning fireplace in the living room for guests to enjoy!

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
