Misty Mornings Escape is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath pet friendly home just minutes from Boone and features a huge wrap around deck, main level AND lower level kitchens, two sets of washers and dryers, and a brand new hot tub! The owners carefully furnished this home with guest comfort in mind and want to welcome your friends and family to the beautiful High Country!

The main level bedroom features a queen size bed and full bathroom with a jetted tub and walk in shower! Also on the main level is a nice open layout between the fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and living room! The living room offers brand new furniture, a flat screen TV and cozy a gas fireplace! The deck can be accessed right from the living room as well which makes dining outdoors a breeze! The long range mountain views from the deck are a real treat first thing in the morning at dawn or later in the evening when the sun is setting behind the mountains.

Head upstairs to the spacious loft to find a king bed along with a sofa with trundle underneath. There is also a bathroom upstairs with a soaking tub.

Downstairs offers a queen bedroom, a full sized sleeper sofa and a full bathroom. The lower level kitchen offers a gas range, a second refrigerator and another drip coffee maker. There's also another washer/dryer set here, along with a small dining table, Foosball table and sitting area with a TV. Perfect space that allows friends and family to spread out and enjoy their own privacy!

Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- This property is pet friendly with a $25 per day, per dog fee. Mature, well-trained dogs only please.
- Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. The road leading to this home is gravel.
- Parking space for up to 6 vehicles.
- The Watauga Gun Club is near this home. You may occasionally hear gunfire due to this proximity. There is no need to be alarmed, and after booking/arrival guests may not relocate to another home due to these potential sounds.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
