This log cabin has the feel of a private oasis with the ease of such close proximity to town. From the ample flat paved driveway for parking and manicured large yard. To the the luxury of adjustable massage bases on the two main level King bedrooms. Each with 65 inch mounted TVs and ceiling fans! Head through the main level kitchen and open the doors and walk through and down the stairs to a game room that has everything you could want, from Skeeball, to Pac Man arcade, cornhole, and plenty of room to play air hockey. Furnished with plush seating, a large mounted TV, coffee bar and mini/wine fridge. All here to entertain your group! This lower level offers ample entertainment options as well as the third King bedroom, full hallway bathroom, and Queen sleeper sofa. There is central heating and air throughout the home as well as mini-split units on the lower level for added comfort. Stay connected with the Ultra Hi-Speed internet. There is a home office setup for you in the oversized laundry room. Or unwind and have a cook out using the gas grill, then relax by the firepit and listen to the sounds of the subtle creek outside.

The home is pet friendly! We accommodate up to 4 dogs of any size and breed. Well trained and mature please! Pet rent is $25+tax per pet per night.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.

- Roads and driveway are paved to access this home near town. Main roads are plowed in the winter. 4WD or AWD are recommended for our area (November-March)
- Check-in is 4pm. Checkout is 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
