The updated kitchen includes a double convection oven, quiet dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, and Amazon Alexa voice assistant. Each floor includes a Master bedroom with full bath. Climb the spiral stairs to the Eagle's Nest loft -- a perfect, private space for a tree-house-like escape.

The Waters Fall Host Fee provides for Hound Ears 24/7 guarded/gated security, 24/7 emergency response, road clearing & grounds care and maintenance, garbage pickup, firewood, propane for outdoor fire pit, and access to the Hound Ears boulders & picnic area and Hound Ears trails. The home also includes a 24/7 outdoor security camera mounted under the eave of the porch.
