Guest Guidelines- One small hypoallergenic dog under 20 lbs may be considered with prior approval. Pets must be fully trained, no puppies, and crated if left unattended. Note: dogs are not allowed on Bonita Beach.
- No parties or events permitted.
- No Smoking of Any Kind or Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is only permitted outdoors with doors closed.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
- No Commercial Use: Personal vacation photos and casual nature or wildlife photography are welcome. However, commercial filming, professional photo shoots, paid content creation, advertisements, brand collaborations, or promotional social media productions are not permitted without prior written approval. Any unauthorized commercial or promotional use may result in cancellation of the stay without refund and additional legal or financial action.
Note: Complimentary pool heating is included up to 84°F. Higher pool temperatures between 85–90°F may be requested for an additional $60/day and must be scheduled 1–2 days in advance. Pool heating is weather-dependent, as Florida heat pumps may be limited during colder conditions. For safety and equipment protection, the pool cannot be heated above 90°F, though the spa may be set higher. Guests are responsible for maintaining the heat settings during their stay, and instructions will be provided.
Guest accessGuests have full access to the home during their stay, with the exception of any locked owner storage areas and spaces noted as unavailable in the house information.
Other things to noteThis is an owner-managed high-end vacation home, and I take great pride in every detail. I personally oversee the property on a regular basis and work closely with several hand-selected local teams to ensure the home is clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully prepared for each guest’s arrival. As a designer, it is especially important to me that the home is intentionally furnished for both comfort and function. My goal is to provide a stay that feels elevated, comfortable, and well supported from start to finish.
Located in Bonita Shores, a neighborhood in Bonita Springs, this vacation home is near a water park and on the waterfront. Shoppers can check out Coconut Point Mall, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Barefoot Beach and Bonita Springs Public Beach. Traveling with kids? Consider Hertz Arena and Golf Safari Mini Golf. Looking to get your feet wet? Jet skiing, kayaking and parasailing adventures can be found near the property.
