This stunning 5-bedroom/3.5-bath home is located off the Stratton Mountain access road in Winhall, Vermont. It’s a short 7-minute drive to the base of Stratton and a 4-minute drive to downtown Winhall! The house is also close to multiple state parks, hiking trails, swimming holes, Bromley Adventure Park, and golfing.
There are 5 bedrooms, 11 beds (including the pull-out couch), and 3.5 bathrooms. Amenities include a patio with views, an attached garage, large TVs, and high-speed internet! The house is perfect for large groups as well as two families. You'll notice just how peaceful and quiet it is when you wake up at Valley View.
The first floor consists of an open-concept Kitchen/dining/living room area with a wood-burning fireplace, 75” TV, bar table area, 1/2 bathroom, 1 bedroom, and access to the garage.
-First-floor bedroom: 1 queen size bed and 1 twin-size bed
The Second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms:
-Second Floor Bedroom 1: 1 king-size bedroom plus daybed with trundle and ensuite full bathroom
-Second Floor Bedroom 2: 1 queen size bed
-Second Floor Bedroom 3: 1 queen-size bed and 1 twin-size bed
The Lower level consists of a living room area with TV, hot tub area, 1 full bathroom, memory foam queen-size pullout bed, and 1 bedroom
-Lower Level bedroom: 4 twin-size beds (twin over twin bunk and twin bed with twin trundle)
You have access to the entire property.
We are available by cell during your stay, but we have a local caretaker that can also be contacted.
The house has 2 pack and plays that can be used.
We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles for driving in Vermont over the winter months.
The house is family-friendly but isn’t kid/baby proofed.
* Upon booking, the person who booked will be required to sign a rental agreement.
* Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please note that there is a pet fee of $75 per night per pet.
* The nightly rate includes hot tub maintenance. The hot tub is serviced between each stay.
Located in Winhall, this vacation home is in the mountains. Ball Mountain Dam and Hildene are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Jamaica State Park and Ball Mountain State Park. Bromley Alpine Slide and Vermont Summer Festival are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as snowmobiling and ice skating.
