The 3rd bedroom is only accessible via an exterior door in the carport.
The boat lift accommodates boats up to 7,000 lb. and 26 feet and works with various adjustable bunks. It is suitable for small offshore fishing boats, pontoon boats, small runabout vessels, and large wakeboard boats. Height will accommodate a normal T-Top, no towers.
Boat Lift cover is removed during hurricane season. (July-November)
