Completely remodeled home centrally located in West Boise near shopping, dining and entertainment. This stylishly decorated 1500 sq ft home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 9 comfortably. Tons of amenities! Fully equipped kitchen, full size laundry room, large private shaded backyard with seating area with parking in driveway & garage access. As a bonus there is a well-kept neighborhood playground across the quiet street.
You enter the home into the bright, beautiful living room that has a large comfy sectional couch and a 65” ROKU TV where you can easily access all your streaming accounts. The bar area has 4 barstools and looks into the kitchen making it feel very open and inviting. The dining area has a table that can easily be converted to accommodate more guests and has 4 chairs.
Upstairs is a Master Suite with King size bed & full bathroom with a ton of space for your personal items. Hotel quality towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided for you. There is also a cozy seating area and a large walk-in closet with hangers to make yourself at home.
On the main level there are two bedrooms with comfortable quality queen beds and large closets with luggage stands and hangers. The third bedroom has a twin over queen bed with the same quality mattresses you find throughout the house. The 2nd bathroom is also on the main level stocked with hotel quality towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap as well as a hairdryer. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience with an iron and ironing board too.
The private shaded backyard has a seating area that creates a great spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
