This is a perfect spot for executives who would like to work from home and be close to the office (if that is Micron or downtown). The workspace downstairs is set up with a printer and a monitor - just bring your laptop, and you're good to go. This upscale townhouse is only 2 years old and has all the luxury amenities you're looking for: a private patio with dining table, gas firepit, and lounge chairs. Open floor plan with modern kitchen and furnishings. Walking distance to the greenbelt and river. 10 minutes to Micron, and 15 to downtown and the airport. This townhouse has luxury upgrades throughout, i.e. high-end countertops and flooring, high-end finishes, and nice furnishings. I bought this house in 2023 and I am the first and original owner. All 6 guests will sleep on new memory foam mattresses.
The outdoor space in this house adds a lot of value: there is a dining table, a PitBoss Pro BBQ, and a gas firepit surrounded by 4 swivel lounge chairs. There is a high-end 11 ft. umbrella with solar lighting. The patio really comes to life at night, when you can enjoy a glass of wine around the fire pit and feel like you're safe and secure in this outdoor living room.

You can use the entire house. Parking is in the 2 car garage and on the street in front of the house.
I live in Boise, about 8 mins from this house. I prefer efficient, streamlined communication. Time is our most valuable resource. The best way to interact with me is via SMS/Text. I will respond within the hour.
This is a nice residential neighborhood that is close to the greenbelt, the Boise foothills, and downtown Boise. It is 11 minutes to Micron.
