Modern 3-bedroom home tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac in Boise’s coveted North End — one of the city’s most walkable and sought-after neighborhoods. Camel’s Back Park and the Boise Foothills trails are just one block away, so morning hikes and bike rides start right at your doorstep. Hyde Park’s coffee shops, breweries, and local restaurants (Goody’s, Hyde Perk, Lucky Fins) are under a 10-minute walk, and downtown Boise is just a quick 3-minute drive or short bike ride away.

The home has street parking only, but an ample amount around the neighborhood. This home is located in a very safe and walkable area. 0.5 miles of a walk can get you to the following: Calmel's back park and playground, Java Hyde Park, Dee's Ice Cream Trolley, Lost Grove Brewing, 13th St Pub and Grill, Goody's Soda Fountain, Parrilla Grill, Hawkins Pac-Out, Highlands Hollow Brewhouse, Lulu's Fine Pizza and Sushi, Mountain Timber Coffee, Yoga Tree, O'Michael's Pub and Grill and several others.

This spacious home features three cozy bedrooms, each offering a unique and relaxing atmosphere:

Master Bedroom: The king-size bed offers a peaceful escape, complete with a full en-suite bathroom featuring a bidet, and direct access to the back patio. Unwind with a smart TV for your viewing pleasure.

Queen Bedroom: Enjoy the cozy queen-size bed, desk with monitor, complete with a smart TV and easy access to the outside for a refreshing breeze.

Child's Room: Perfect for families, this room features a full-size bed, a Pack ‘n Play for little ones, a rocking chair, and an assortment of toys to keep the kids entertained.

The spacious living room provides a comfy spot for everyone to gather, with a TV for relaxation and entertainment. The couch pulls out into an additional sleeping space. There is also an additional central bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen boasts a double oven, induction stove, large fridge, and a dining table that seats six. Whether preparing a meal or simply enjoying each other’s company, this space is perfect for dining in.

Step outside into the backyard, where you’ll find a relaxing fountain (during the summer months), seating areas, a gas fire pit and views of the mountains – ideal for evening chats and stargazing. There is an additional side entrance of the home that is wheelchair accessible.

If you head out the back yard gate, it will lead you right into Boise's very own Camels Back Park. Here you will find a large playground, tennis courts, picnic area, sand volleyball court, outdoor gym, and miles of trails!

A quick walk (0.5 miles) will get you to the luxuries of Hyde park. Here you will find coffee shops, dining, ice cream, shopping, and breweries!

We have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am Friday through Sunday and 9pm to 8am Monday through Thursday.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.

North End, a neighborhood in Boise, is home to this vacation home. Boise Towne Square Mall and The Village at Meridian are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Roaring Springs Waterpark. Rhodes Skate Park and Veterans Memorial Park are also worth visiting.
