Newly Remodeled Private home in Boise/Meridian Looking for the Boise experience and the up-and-coming Meridian experience?

We have the perfect place for your family or group with this comfortable, newly remodeled, and fully furnished private home with big trees and 2 parks in the neighborhood. We love hosting everyone in this calming, clean and bright suburban retreat. We live locally, close by, and are usually available in person or always available through the short-term rental app you used to reserve your stay.

The Skyline Retreat features a perfect location centralized only 10 minutes away from the newly built Meridian Village Shopping Center and 12 minutes from Downtown Boise and Boise State University.

From our nearby beautiful greenbelt along the Boise River, the classic Boise restaurants and breweries to the unique shopping experiences, this location shares it all.

The perfect get away, this home is bright, inviting, comfortable with full access to everything including a large flat screen with surround sound, front load washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen and separate workspaces.

There is a beautiful spacious back yard and large patio with outdoor table and furniture.

Our Home:
You’ll find shiplap accents throughout this bright, fresh, newly remodeled home that is all on one level, with a split bedroom design.

A newly remodeled master with its own bathroom, comfortable King-sized bed, and NEW quality mattress. The other two, newly remodeled, bedrooms also have NEW queen mattresses, and a shared bathroom.

There is a large, bright living room up front with a roomy sectional and large flat screen with surround sound. Guests are welcome to log into their personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) Feel free to use our WII gaming console with games or bring your own.

The kitchen is fully stocked with basic pots, pans, casserole dishes, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, stemless wine glasses, margarita glasses and other utensils. We also have basic spices. Side by side fridge with ice and filtered water. We also have a filtering pitcher of water inside the fridge for your use. There is a coffee maker, electric tea pot, toaster, dining table and eating counter. Just off the kitchen there is also a separate open family room with a couch, love seat and chairs to visit in front of the fireplace. The fireplace is non-functioning.

•The fireplace is not operational for guests at this time.
• Exterior mounted security cameras present outside the home at the entrance to the front door, on all sides of property for added guest security. These cameras will be on 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
