Bedrooms are located upstairs. Each room has large spacious closets.

The living room has fresh new furniture with a 50" Roku TV

The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs, coffee maker, instapot, and misc snacks!

The laundry area has an iron and ironing board above the washer. Detergent and dryer sheets will be available as well.

There is a half bath located downstairs and a full bath located upstairs.

All bedrooms are located upstairs, each room has it's own spacious closet. The master has a work area, double closets and nightstands with usb and plugins and bathroom attached.

The second room has a bunkbed (twin top/full bottom) and large closet

The third room has a twin bed and closet

Guests will have the entire townhome to themselves as well as the garage and patio.

I am nearby if needed, checkin and check out are automated via the electronic door lock.

The bench has some of Boise’s best restaurants! Andrades, Petit Four, Luciano’s, and Willow Creek are within only a few minutes.

Car is recommended but bike can be a great way to get around the area as well. Lots of neighborhood streets and bike lanes nearby.

Please not that all bedrooms are located upstairs.
PARKING
You may park next to the unit on the north side of the building or in garage.

THERMOSTATS
The thermostat is located on the wall in the living room. Please turn thermostat to 60 when you checkout.

GARBAGE
There are extra trash bags under the sink. Please take full trash bags to the Garbage in the garage.

KITCHEN & COOKING
The kitchen is fully stocked for meal prep. Please hand wash all pots and pans.

CHECK OUT
Check out time is 11 am. Please turn all thermostats down to 60. Leave all used beds unmade and used towels in the bathtub. Leave the home picked up, load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher.

HOUSE RULES
1. Only the amount of people in the reservation may be at the home at any time.
2. Pets are not allowed on the property at any time.
3. Children must always be supervised.
4. Remove shoes and boots when you enter.
5. No smoking in or on the property
6. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
7. After 10 pm please keep the noise down and be respectful to our neighbors.
8. Guests are liable for all damages, if you find something out of place please notify us.

Boise Bench, a neighborhood in Boise, is home to this vacation home. Morrison Center for the Performing Arts and Idaho Historical Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include National Interagency Fire Center and Wildland Firefighters Monument and Oregon Trail Memorial Bridge. Zoo Boise and Discovery Center of Idaho are also worth visiting.
