The Space:

This rare gem is a SINGLE family house with NO OTHER HOUSES/Apartments on the property! CLOSE to EVERYTHING cool in Boise. CENTRAL air provided (no LOUD Window units!) KING and queen beds for everyone's comfort! HUGE private fenced backyard with an AWESOME Hot Tub! This OASIS has lounge chairs, a full 6 person dining table on the patio and BBQ grill. A large fire pit is next to the raised HERB garden for all your grilling needs! Also, pick the cherry tomatoes when in season for a quick snack/salad! FREE off street parking behind the house and this neighborhood has free street parking. SMART TVs are located in each bedroom and living room (3 total) - this fits everyone's LEISURE time!
A quick walk or short ride brings you to hiking and mountain biking trails, LIVE music venues (Sandbar Restaurant and Green Acres Food Truck Park!), beautiful city parks, museums. This charming HOT TUB HAVEN is right in the middle of everything amazing in Boise! Equipped with a fully stocked kitchen where you will find everything you need to feel at home, and prepare a delicious meal. There’s a cozy kitchen table with seating for 4. (2 foldable spare chairs in the storage area.)
The second bedroom has a desk facing out to the beautiful backyard for any work you may need to complete while you are there.

Stacking Washer & Dryer located in the back area room makes completing laundry efficient!

The Neighborhood:

The home is tucked between Boise’s vibrant Downtown and the Whitewater Park, steps away from the Boise Greenbelt, just west of the charming Hyde Park district. This area is a local favorite—quiet, tree-lined, and full of character—offering a true Boise experience.

Within walking or biking distance, you'll find a mix of cozy coffee shops, local restaurants, breweries, and unique boutiques. Nearby Camel’s Back Park and the expansive foothills trail system offer miles of hiking, mountain biking, and running trails that connect to the River to Ridges trail network and Hulls Gulch Nature Preserve.

Veterans Memorial Park and the Boise River Greenbelt are just down the street, perfect for a scenic morning walk or an afternoon ride. The home is centrally located—only a 10-minute drive from the Boise Airport, 5 minutes to Boise State University, and less than 30 minutes to Bogus Basin Ski Resort.

For business travelers, the property offers a peaceful place to unwind with easy access to the Boise Centre on the Grove, downtown offices, and public transportation. With Albertsons, Rite Aid, and coffee shops all within a couple blocks, daily essentials and casual hangouts are right around the corner.
Getting Around:

This neighborhood can be easily navigated without a car. An inexpensive UBER to the property from the Airport and you will never feel stranded. The locals LOVE biking, hiking and walking the neighborhood and it is easy to bike and walk downtown as well. It is quite possible to never leave the neighborhood and have plenty to do and see! Experience one of Boise's most coveted neighborhoods and immerse yourself in the local culture. Boise Green Bikes are available at a low cost as well as electric scooters, and there are plenty of local bike shops if you would like to rent a Mtn. Bike or Road Bike.
Other Things to Note:

~ At the discretion of Stay in My District, we may require that you provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to host. This if for the safety and security of both guests and property Owners.

~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.

~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.

~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights. We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home!

-We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies.

- We only allow up to (2) dogs, 50 pounds or under per pet and there is a DOG DOOR!

-There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, which we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please also be aware of our pet policy:

-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors.

-Please pick up after your pet in outdoor areas immediately. Please do a final sweep, as it is a $5 charge per pile.

-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.

-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable wear & tear.

~If you use the hot tub, please follow the hot tub tips. Extra maintenance or damages caused by not following the recommendations are at guests' expense.
Interaction with Guests:

We are local and can be available by phone, text, email or in person. The quickest way to contact us is via the platform in which you are booked as those messages go directly to our on call manager. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access to the home via the private door code and lockbox.

West End, a neighborhood in Boise, is home to this vacation home. Boise Towne Square Mall and The Village at Meridian are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Roaring Springs Waterpark.
