1 Br Condo Vacation Rental In Boise, Idaho

Our studio lives like a full 1 bed/1 bath apartment with custom made queen sized murphy wall bed and organic bamboo mattress. All tastefully furnished and fully appointed! We also offer a twin sized electric fill and deflate air mattress for a child's use when accompanied by their parent. Full sized kitchen and bathroom, lots of storage available. Large screen tv, internet, off street parking included. Guests can enjoy onsite firepit, barbecue, and outdoor dining. Smores anyone?!!
The space
We also accommodate pets in the studio however require owners be present with their furry family members while outside.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment however it is allowed outside as long as it does not compromise the comfort of other guests.
There is no laundry on site however many laundromats within 1-2 miles. The closest & nicest laundromat: 12th Street Laundry at 917 N 12th Street, 83702 The crowd is the North-End yuppies who you might also run into at the local Starbucks. Check Yelp for hours, and it is unattended, and has no bathrooms; but generally a clean environment. If you like to drop off or watch the traditional laundry ladies slaving away, then checkout the Norge Laundry and Dry Cleaning Village at 515 N 15th St, 83702. Drop off service is available. Self service is an option, but it is not a large, nor comfortable, village.
Also, we do not provide breakfast in this rental.
Firepit has wood available for your use.

Guest access
The Studio is entirely your space. The gas BBQ grill, fire pit, parking and patio spaces in the rear of the house are shared by all guests. Outdoor storage in the shed for bikes/skis is available on demand. Enjoy free wood for the fire pit.
Other things to note
The studio is part of a house with the front unit also an Airbnb unit. The downstairs apartment is rented by a permanent tenant. Please observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
