We de-listed the property because the city was installing sewer and water lines on and around our property--not conducive to R&R! Now, all quiet on the home front. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, reverse-osmosis water system (say goodbye to bottled water!), a Keurig, and a dishwasher. The laundry room comes with a full-size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and pants press for all your needs.
