➤ Third Bedroom: equipped with (1) queen-sized bed
➤ Bedroom rooms 2 & 3 share a spacious bathroom.
➤ All rooms are equipped with a flat screen smart TV

➤ Access to a private fenced in backyard via the Master suite or private gate access on the side of the house.

➤ There is some paid street parking but very limited right after the bridge.
➤ Spanish River Park has a paid parking lot by the beach which is about 1.8
miles (The beach is about a 12–20-minute walk. If you are able-bodied, I recommend walking to the beach since it is close. The city of Boca charges $35/day for beach parking)
