The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Mission Bay in West Boca Raton. It's a residential area but very close to many shops and restaurants. (Publix, Fresh Market, Starbucks, Blaze Pizza, Best Buy, Home Depot, Bed Bath and Beyond, Panera Bread, LA Fitness, Pure Barre, Padrinos Cuban restaurant, IHOP, McDonalds, Regal Shadowood Movie Theater (and many more) are all in the in the intersection. Lots of lakes and shaded areas for a nice walk about the neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises over the lakes. Close to Osprey Golf Course (no membership required) and South County Park.

1025 sq foot two bedroom, two bath apartment in West Boca Raton. There is a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. The wifi and cable (HBO included) is provided by Hotwire. There is a large walk-in closet. There is a king size bed in the Master bedroom and a two twin size beds in the second bedroom, and we can add an extra rollaway bed at no additional charge (just need to arrange for it to be set up prior to check-in). The balcony overlooks the courtyard and pool area. It is located on a quiet neighborhood on great intersection with lots of shops, restaurants, lakes, coffee shops, movie theater and la fitness (5 day passes are usually available online). Guests also have access to the community pool located in the center of the complex. It is a heated, salt-water pool. The apartment is in walking distance from Evert Tennis Academy, Boca Prep School and Bircat Shalom Synagogue. About a 15 minute drive to Town Center Mall and less than half an hour from the beautiful Boca beaches.

Pets are allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

Bugs & Critters: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however, if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed and do not leave food out that tends to attract them.

Boca Raton is home to this apartment. Town Center at Boca Raton and Atlantic Avenue are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach. Coconut Cove Waterpark and Monkey Joe's are also worth visiting.
