Luna Cottage is simply an extraordinary home. Located on a quiet street in Moreland Village, it backs up to the River Road Preserve walking trail. It is steps away from the May River, Moreland Village (which has the Canteen and Coles Restaurants ) A quick golf cart ride will bring you to other Palmetto Bluff activities and amenities.
Luna Cottage is 3000 sq ft. home with 4 bedrooms. Two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and steam showers. A bunk room and 2 queen beds share a bathroom on the 2nd floor. There are 3 1/2 bathrooms and a very large porch with a ping pong table.
The house is cozy enough for couples to stay and ample enough for several families. The layout is perfect for entertaining, with its open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The generous back porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee or an afternoon nap or game of ping pong. A stunning French range and the fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with a stunning French range and plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, and high end appliances .
The primary suite on the main level is private and tucked away. There is a duplicate primary suite on the second floor as well as, complete with a king bed and steam shower. The third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and shares a bath with the bunk room.
Completed in the fall of 2023 and furnished with quality furniture, designer fixtures and decorative touches. This is not just a rental home, but a families dream home! It will be hard to leave...but you can always come back to "Luna"
BEDROOM 1- is on the main level and has a king bed with a Beautyrest Black mattress and high end linens, ensuite bathroom with a steam shower, smart tv with complimentary Netflix, Amazon, and Spotify accounts.
BEDROOM 2- is on the second level, has a king bed and high end linens, ensuite bathroom with steam shower, smart tv,with complimentary Netflix, Amazon, and Spotify accounts.
BEDROOM 3- Sleeps 2-4)- is on the second level, two queen beds with high end linens shares a bathroom with bedroom 4. There is a tub and shower in this bathroom. This bedroom also has complimentary Netflix, Amazon , and Spotify accounts.
BEDROOM 4- (Sleeps 2-4) is on the second level, two built in twin beds with high end linens shares a bathroom with bedroom 3. There is a bathtub and shower, smart tv with complimentary Netflix, Amazon, and Spotify accounts.
KITCHEN- Brand new Miele appliances, French Lacanche range, built in coffee maker, beverage refrigerator, Vitamin blender, crockpot, flatware, glassware and dinnerware for 12.
DINING- Seats 6 comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen island (4) and study game table (4) and outdoor porch table (4)
PORCH- There are 2 chaise lounges, cocktail tables and chairs to relax with a cocktail! A ping pong table is ready for some friendly competition.
STUDY- There is a game table, Sonos record player, built in bookcase with counter height desk area for laptop.
OUTDOOR- 4 adults bikes, gas grill and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows which is a great past time here in Palmetto Bluff!
Located in Palmetto Bluff, a neighborhood in Bluffton, this cottage is in a rural area and by the sea. Shelter Cove Harbour and Palmetto Dunes Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Coligny Beach and Tybee Island Beach. Station 300 and Gregg Russell Harbour Town Playground are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with water tubing and parasailing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking and cycling.
