This multi-view visual celebration can be taken in from the home's many wonderful outdoor options. An ample deck offers plenty of seating and a dining table while cushy, deep-seat outdoor sofas and chairs will keep you kicking back for hours in the home's huge screened-in porch.

Inside, Grand View is well-appointed with custom furniture and carefully chosen decorator-quality fabrics. A high-end kitchen with warm walnut cabinetry, newly installed solid-surface countertops call-out to all cooks, while barstools at the counter keep guests involved. A lovely wood-burning fire place is a perfect spot for reminiscing with your closest friends or family. Before the night falls, a large, open-air hot tub on the deck summons everyone to the most perfect spot for soaking in those North Georgia mountain views along with quality time. Perhaps the loft complete with an array of board games, an indoor shuffle board and air hockey table will inspire the “just one more” competition.

When it's time to retire, Grand View's four bedrooms are quiet and private, all with their own doors. The master is on the main level and three additional bedrooms are all downstairs. The master has a king-sized bed, two additional rooms offer queen mattresses and the final bedrooms have two twin beds. Each is cozy and welcoming in lovingly chosen quilts and comforters.
