On the lower level of this home, you'll find a recreation room with an additional TV and seating area, a game table, a minifridge, and access out to the furnished patio. Head outside and up one level to the wraparound deck with a porch swing, picnic table, and gas grill for summertime family cookouts! Take a short stroll down to the water's edge, or gather together in the yard and watch the stars come out in the glow of the firepit.

While you're only six miles from the heart of town, this creek-front home has a distinctly secluded feel to it - perfect for anyone seeking a little peace and quiet. Bear Claw Vineyards & Winery is less than three miles from your door, however, if you prefer cider, Mercier Orchards provides year-round fun (and fried pies) just six miles from this property. Less than 10 miles east, Lake Blue Ridge Marina offers pontoon boat rentals for exciting days on the water, or you can paddle out for restful days at your own pace in a kayak or canoe. For even more outdoor fun, the Ocoee Whitewater Center, where guests can hike to the famous suspension bridge, is just 22 miles north.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
