If, at this moment, you were standing on our deck, with the gentle rapids of the Toccoa flowing beneath you, not only the tranquility of the setting but also the charm of an original A-frame would beckon you to stay. Imagine there being
crackling wood in the woodburning stove, or fresh caught trout frying on the stovetop, preparations being made to tube down the river or enjoyable peaceful moments in the hot tub. The firepit is ready to toast marshmallows, tell tall tales, or spin some yarn, as they say here and warm the soul.The sounds of the river will heighten your senses in the morn and lull you to sleep at night. Just breathe, relax, and enjoy.

A few people have asked why we don’t have many reviews. The answer is that we have just listed our cabin online. We have many wonderful hand-written reviews in our visitors book and look forward to many more stars online. We’ll gladly share details thereof.
Our cabin is air-conditioned, heated with wood burning stove and central heat. Kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking and dining utensils and then some. Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffeemaker and dishwasher for your convenience. Outside Weber charcoal grill for barbeques on deck. Laundry provides washer/dryer, sink, shower and facilities easily accessible to river. Main floor Bathroom includes shower/tub combo.
Located in Blue Ridge, this cabin is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Blue Ridge Scenic Railway is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Chattahoochee National Forest and Blue Ridge Lake. The Lilly Pad Village and Upper River Adventures are also worth visiting. Water skiing and rafting offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and hiking/biking trails nearby.
