You could also take a walk around the neighborhood loop, enjoying long-range views and beautiful wooded scenery. You might even see some wildlife!
Staying in for the day? Watch your favorite shows on the smart TV. Headed out? Take a quick drive to adventure on one of the many trails in the North Georgia mountains. Or head right down the road to Mercier Orchards for some tasty treats, you-pick, tractor tours, winery, and more!
After you've had some fun, grab a bite to eat and shop around in downtown Blue Ridge. Or cook at the cabin! Enjoy whipping up a special meal and take in the view from the open and beautifully renovated kitchen.
After a fun day and a beautiful sunset on the deck, head down to the fire pit and roast marshmallows or relax in the seven-person hot tub.

✩ Washer/Dryer ✩
Since you are renting the upstairs of the cabin, you will not have access to the washer/dryer in the basement.

✩ Chair Bed ✩
Please note the chair beds are not as comfortable as our other beds, and we cannot provide extra padding for sanitary reasons. We do provide linens.

✩ Basement ✩
You have the cabin all to yourself during your stay, but the basement is locked. The basement has an extra two bedrooms, bathroom, foosball table, and washer/dryer. If you'd like to rent the whole cabin please reach out!

✩ Firewood ✩
Please bring your own firewood. We recommend stopping by the nearby Lowe's or Walmart

POLICIES
Guests who violate any of the following policies will be charged a fee or may be asked to leave.

✩ Pets ✩
- Dogs are allowed with $120 fee per stay - please select number of dogs in the "guest" section when booking.
- All pet waste must be picked up, bagged, and disposed of in the garbage can. A $50 fee applies for pet waste that is not properly disposed of.
- We do not allow cats. Guests who bring a cat or undisclosed dogs will be fined $500
- Dogs are NOT ALLOWED on beds, couches, chairs, or other furniture in consideration for future guests and those with allergies!

✩ Quiet Hours ✩
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Guests who violate this policy will be asked to leave.

✩ Age Requirement ✩
Minimum age to rent is 25. Renters under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All renters checking in March-April must submit valid IDs before arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS. Violation of this policy results in being asked to leave immediately and $750 fine.

✩ Parties ✩
We do not allow parties of any kind. Guests who violate this policy will be asked to leave.

✩ Smoking ✩
This is a non-smoking property (including outdoor areas). Guests who violate this policy will be fined $500.

✩ Check-in and Check-out ✩
You will be notified the morning of check-in if early check-in is available. Late check-outs are not available. A late check-out fee of $50 will be applied after 10:00 am for the first hour. Check-outs more than an hour late will be charged for one night (equal to the average nightly rate).

✩ Cancellations ✩
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. We do not provide a refund for family emergencies, medical reasons, weather, or other circumstances. You will be refunded in the event of a mandatory wildfire evacuation.
Trip alteration requests less than 30 days from check-in will not be accepted.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case you need to cancel.

Blue Ridge is home to this cabin. Baugh House Fannin County Historical Museum and The Arts Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Mercier Orchards and Cohutta Cove Mini Golf. Blue Ridge Scenic Railway and Rolling Thunder River Company are also worth visiting.
