Important Property Notes

• The cabin has a wood-burning fireplace available for guest use. Guests must bring their own firewood if they plan to use it.

• Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.

• Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles may be parked overnight.

• Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. Additional charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.

• Security Camera:
A security camera records the driveway and fire pit area. Guests may not move, cover, or tamper with security lights, alarms, or cameras.
