• Place all trash inside plastic bags/dispose into the large bear-proof trash can outside to avoid a $30 dollar charge for not properly disposing of trash. plastic bags are underneath the kitchen sink.
• In winter, leave kitchen faucet at a low drip to avoid frozen pipes and leave thermostat at 68 degrees. in summer, never set ac below 70 degrees to avoid ac freezing/repair charges to your account.
• Personal items left behind can be mailed to you. cleaners will charge $25 dollars plus shipping costs. let us know right away if you left something behind.
