As you enter the neighborhood, you will be greeted with a scenic, uphill drive on completely paved roads. Don't be surprised if you see deer out grazing! As you pull into the paved driveway, you will easily gain entry to the home via a keyless entry code. Upon entering, you will be welcomed with a beautiful foyer that leads you to an open floor plan, with bamboo floors throughout and a southern facing mountain view.

The stunning yellow pine vaulted ceiling will make you want to cozy up in the oversized leather chairs next to the stacked stone, gas log fireplace and smart HDTV. You will be ready to entertain in the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with two-toned cabinets, natural granite countertop and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen offers a large, walk in pantry filled with additional cooking appliances and storage space. The barn tin panel accented island sits lined with 5 leather counter stools for additional seating.

Off the kitchen boasts a lovely 8-person dining table with direct mountain views. A high chair is tucked in the corner for those with little ones in tow. Adjacent you will find a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use.

Escape to the serene, main floor master that holds a king bed and an oversized reading chair. An attached master bath with a natural stone floor shower and black stone, double vanity awaits you. Go ahead and grab the luggage rack in the walk-in master closet, unpack, relax and make yourself at home. If your little ones are in need of a nap, you will find a Pack n’ Play and mattress ready for your use in the master closet.

Off the main sitting room, the sliding glass doors will lead you to an oversized deck with an outdoor dining table, fire table and sectional seating. Just Right sits at 3,600 feet offering beautiful, breathtaking views and a wonderful place to just kick back and take in nature’s beauty! For the grill masters, a propane gas grill is ready for your barbeque needs.

Head back inside and follow the custom route iron railings up the staircase to two queen bedrooms. Each includes a spacious closet and smart HDTV. If you find yourself in need of a workspace, one room is equipped with a beautiful desk and chair. A full bath sits in between the two upstairs bedrooms.

Follow the stairs downstairs and you will be quickly tempted with the choice of heading out the patio doors to the hot tub or right to the game tables. Whether you choose to have some fun playing shuffleboard and foosball or relaxing in the hot tub under the string lights, either way you can’t go wrong. If kicking up your feet and watching a game is more your style, head on over to the oversized leather sectional. Around the corner is a nature decorated bunk room ready for the bear cubs with two twin over full bunk beds. The leather bean bags with massage functions are sure to be a hit! Across from the bunk room you will find a full bath.

*Just Right is equipped with 2 outdoor security cameras, one that includes a motion activated floodlight. They are located on the front porch recording entry and walkway and on side of garage recording driveway.

*Winter Driving Conditions: 4WD is recommended when winter conditions are present. While the neighborhood and driveway are paved, reaching the house requires the ability to navigate uphill.

*This property is located in a neighborhood and quiet hours will be enforced from 10 PM- 7 AM.

*Driveway parking has a 3-car limit and street parking is not allowed. Garage access for patio cushions and extra fridge/ freezer only and can be obtained through the house- no parking in garage.
