New flooring, natural wood tongue and groove ceiling, paint, rugs, and new upscale decor in 2025 will make you feel like this condo was just built for you! A new water heater and Heat/AC system will make your stay go smoothly. The kitchen is sure to impress with beautiful new cabinetry, granite countertops, backsplash, & flooring, plus all brand new appliances, including a range, microwave, large stainless LG refrigerator with ice maker, and a stainless dishwasher.
Warm yourself with the new gas log fireplace insert while watching the game or your favorite shows on the 65" living room TV.  Or, have a snack and play some cards at the tall dining table while enjoying the mountain view out the custom bay window.  You can also enjoy some outdoor dining or coffee at the patio table on the balcony.
The two Master Bedrooms with Queen beds and en-suite baths have closet space and a dresser to hold your belongings. The 40" flat screen television, desk, and printer in one bedroom and 32" flat screen television in the other bedroom provide you with a quiet space to rest, watch something you like on television, stream a movie, or do some work.

Pet Rules: 

Pets allowed with approval - 1 or 2 dogs under 25 lbs each.

Your dog(s) must be fully housetrained and current on vaccinations and Flea & Tick preventative; cannot be left loose or unattended at any time; must be crated if you leave them home alone, crate(s) not supplied; pets are not allowed on the furniture and you must clean up any hair in the home upon your departure; Please make sure to clean up the yard after your dogs; if there is a hot tub, dogs are not allowed in it. There is a non refundable and taxable pet fee per dog.

No public transit is available in Blowing Rock.
***During the winter season, 4WD vehicles are recommended for this condo.

Interaction with Guests:

We will communicate via email or phone as needed. Guest will be given 24 hour emergency number to use during their stay in case of an after hours emergency. Please note that this is a small mountain community, so if something breaks that is not an emergency, same-day service may or may not be available, especially after hours and on weekends.

Downtown Blowing Rock, a neighborhood in Blowing Rock, is home to this condo. Appalachian Ski Mountain and Sugar Mountain Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Pisgah National Forest and The Blowing Rock. Tweetsie Railroad and Bolick Family Pottery are also worth visiting.
