Large 6-bedroom, 4-bath country home close to town with a summer pool and year-round hot tub. 3,000 sq ft with 14 beds and a full acre of private land. The backyard features a pool, playground, volleyball court, and shelter house. The house and backyard are exclusively for guests.

The property is part of a larger 35-acre estate -- the owner often allows guest access to the additional acreage upon request.

Full privacy for guests. The owner lives in a separate building on the property and does not use the house or backyard during stays. Keyless lock for easy arrival and departure. I am available as needed. Parties allowed with prior notice and approval.

Country setting 5 minutes west of town. Fencing and trees around the property provide privacy, though parts of the backyard may be visible to neighbors after leaves fall.

The basement has a large dormitory room with 2 bunk beds. Several small nooks throughout the house have full beds -- not counted as bedrooms but available as additional sleeping. The house and backyard are exclusively for guests.

Car required. 5 minutes west of town, 15 minutes to downtown and IU.

Pool is open May - September.
Located in Bloomington, this vacation home is in a rural area.
