Each room greets you with fresh clean walls, modern lights, comfy amenities. Second queen size room has an old piano to play around if so inspired. Multiple work/reading areas.
Each bedroom has a door lock.
Master private bath features large garden tub as well as a walk in shower. The second and third bedroom share a bathtub/ shower combo. Spring blooms beautifully, fall is beautiful here, and this active college town offers good food, theatre, lakes, wooded trails and so much more.
On the large back deck, Sit at the Teak table & sip your coffee to the lovely sounds of happy birds and views of nature so abundant.
3 miles S-E of College Mall Rd/3rd; 2 miles west of (a less busy) access area of Monroe Lake.
It is so peaceful here, that when the infrequent car passes, you can hear them a quarter mile before they pass if you are in the front large circular driveway.
The kitchen is large enough for multiple people to cook together. It is equiped, and various food staples are actually stocked. Coffee, a Kuerig or filter brewer are available. There are two nearby Krogers which also delivers to this location.

Beyond a sunny yard & deck, seems like hundreds of acres of forest nestling the area. Much of the forest belongs to the Tibetan Cultural Center, and some bordering high end estates on the south-east corner of the city.
Located in Bloomington, this vacation home is near a water park. Lake Monroe and Brown County State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Musical Arts Center and Wonderlab Science Museum. Traveling with kids? Consider Monroe County Fair Grounds and Jump-N-Joey's. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and hiking/biking trails nearby.
