Our charming golf resort get away is nestled in a private gated golf community, the Golf Resort at Eagle Pointe. Located on beautiful wooded bluffs near Monroe Reservoir, it is just 8 miles south of Bloomington and IU. The Overloft is a three bedroom, two bathroom condominium featuring lodge style accommodations and a well equipped kitchen. Includes a fusbol table, formal dining area, eat-in breakfast nook and shared deck complete with weber grill.
Coupled with its sister resort, the Overlook (property 1347947) it's a great place for small or large family reunions, or reuniting with friends. The Overlook is located on the first floor of this two unit structure.

The swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts located directly across the parking lot are not available to guests of the Overlook or Overloft as they are owned by the Eagle Bay and Eagle Bay II Homeowner's Association. Unauthorized access is unacceptable and cause for immediate removal and cancellation without a refund.
Access to the community pool at the clubhouse is available to our guests in 2023.

Located in Bloomington, this chalet is next to a golf course and on a lake. Buskirk Chumley Theater and Eskenazi Museum of Art are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Joe Palooka Statue and Lawrence County Museum of History. Musical Arts Center and Monroe County Fair Grounds are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cave exploring nearby.
