This newly remodeled, clean, and spacious country five bedroom, three full-bathroom, one half-bathroom vacation home provides the perfect flexibility for your large family gathering. Close to all the best features of north Bear Lake Valley, without the hustle and bustle during peak times.

MAIN LEVEL
* KITCHEN: Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven range, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and coffee bar, Ninja blender, electric mixer, pots/pans, dishes/utensils, slow cooker, three pot serving warmer, electric grill, high chair, porta-crib, and all your basic needs for eating and serving. 6-person table and three barstools for the bar. You can access the new backdoor BBQ area from the kitchen just down the hall for easy cooking and serving.
* LAUNDRY ROOM: Large front-loading Washer and dryer and emergency exit. Owners may occasionally access the laundry room, which is separated by a door with a deadbolt. Guests are welcome to use laundry machines.
* BEDROOM 1 (Colorado): 1X King Bed, 1X Full Futon, closet with extra bed linens, ceiling fan, TV, private FULL BATH w/shower & claw foot tub. (Accessed via kitchen hallway.)
* BEDROOM 2 (Utah): 1X Queen Bed, 2X Full over Full bunk bed, NEW loft with extra privacy over the Queen with 1X Full bed, TV, private or shared FULL BATH w/shower, armoire with additional pillows and bed linens. (Accessed via kitchen hallway or Great Room.)
* GREAT ROOM: 1X Full Pull-Out Couch, 6X Sleeping Mats, FUSEBALL, POOL TABLE, impressive wagon wheel/lantern chandeliers, cozy up on the oversized sectional couch, 60" flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove with FREE FIREWOOD, and HALF BATH.

* BALCONY (California): 1X Queen Bed and privacy curtain overlooking the Great Room, shared FULL BATH w/shower.
* BEDROOM 3 (Oregon): 1X Queen Bed, closet, ceiling fan, TV, & desk. (Accessed via Balcony.)
* BEDROOM 4 (Washington): 1X King Bed, closet, ceiling fan & TV. (Accessed via hallway or pocket door between rooms 3 & 4.)
* BEDROOM 5 (Montana): 1X Queen Bed, mini fridge, Keurig and mini microwave, closet, ceiling fan, and Kid's Loft with 2X Twin Beds accessed by a ladder (may be difficult for some with physical limitations). Step out to our NEW outdoor deck with beautiful views and outdoor seating.

4 TOTAL BATHROOMS: 3X Full Bathrooms, 1X Half Bathroom: Includes hand soap, hand towel, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

*OUTSIDE: Head from the kitchen to our new outdoor area with the new Hot Tub, BBQ grill (FREE propane), 2X picnic tables, 1X Serving table, and 4X outdoor chairs. Go up the stairs to the calico-style Trex Deck that wraps around the large pine tree. Enjoy a luxury seating area and propane firepit and make memories with family and friends.

Enjoy the breathtaking sunrises across endless fields on the east-facing porch. There is ample parking available for vehicles and toy trailers.

Keep the kids busy on the New Lifetime Playground!

A private 1/2 acre field to the north is only for you and your guests! Gather ALL the crew around the large fire pit with FREE FIREWOOD for a round of s'mores in the north 1/4 acre field where additional trailers and tent camping are available. Up to 3-5 campers, depending on size! 2 available Water/Power Trailer Hook-Ups are available for $15/day.

Enjoy ample parking in front of the home and south parking area, the lawn surrounding the home, and the 1/2 acre northwest field for games, campers, and tents.

The side laundry room off the kitchen has shared guest access. When we occasionally access this area, the door separating the kitchen has a deadbolt for security.

Your 3,400 sq ft vacation home is located just East of US-HWY 89 in beautiful, rural Bloomington Idaho. Enjoy breathless sunrises and the calls of the sandhill crane across endless fields that surround the property. Kids and pets can run and play in your exclusive 1/4 acre field that's perfect for games and campfires.

Located 10 minutes to North Beach State Park and the best Bear Lake Beaches and ramps, 1 block to Bloomington Canyon with amazing hiking and snowmobiling, 2 minutes to Paris Canyon and the Paris Ice Caves, 15 minutes to Broulim's Grocery store & Ace Hardware, 5 minutes to Raspberry Shakes and 15 minutes to golf and dining.

Standard vehicle transportation during summers. Registered and street legal off highway Vehicle's can take back roads to North Shore Beach, Paris Canyon Ice Caves, Bloomington Canyon and more. (Not legal on US-HWY 89.) 4-Wheel drive or chains recommended for canyon travel during the winter season.

GENERAL RULES
* Please remove shoes while in the home and wear shoes while outside.
* No smoking within the home OR within 20 feet from the doors. Smoke smell removal will be charged a $50 damage fee. Please be responsible for your cigarette butts.
* The following activities are not allowed on the property: shooting firearms or paintball guns, water balloons, fireworks, confetti, or activities that require extra clean-up.
* Please try to keep the doors and windows (without a screen) closed to avoid unwelcome farm flies, bugs, bats, and skeeters!
* Please do not take our white house towels to the beach or outside. Please do not take mats, bedding, or linens outside.
* WARNING! Please do not leave items in front of electric wall heaters when in use. You are responsible for damages. Please turn off/down heaters and AC units when away from home.
* Please discuss railing safety with young children staying or playing on the balcony. Please use caution on the steps and stairs throughout the home.
* Do not leave the wood stoves, grills, or fire pits burning while unattended.
* Please do not enter the old log outbuildings or old trailers located on the east side of the property. These locations have wild animals, rusty nails, and wasp nests. Please tell your children to STAY AWAY!
* Please respect our neighbors. Sound does carry. Quiet time is between 10 pm to 8 am. No loud music or out-of-control parties. Complaints will result in the termination of the rental. This location has an on-site manager on the east side of the property.

IMPORTANT HOT TUB RULES
Do NOT leave children unattended in or around the Hot Tub. Please have children use the restroom before entry. Urine and feces significantly change the chemistry of the water and will make the hot tub unusable for your stay.

To open the Hot Tub, flip the cover's side edge, closest to the house, backward over the support bar. Use the support bar to lift both sides up so the hot tub cover is vertical along the west edge closest to the road. This will also block wind and views. DO NOT place the hot tub cover on the ground. Please CLOSE the Hot Tub cover to avoid debris, bugs, and accidental drownings when not in use.

Please shower before each use. Please check your swimsuits for sand from the beach before entering. Please wipe feet of dirt before entering to avoid clogged pipes and expensive repairs. Use caution when entering or exiting.

Please add an orange cap of Pool Shock at the end of the day after use. No bubbles, detergent, or other additives should be placed in the Hot Tub.

The Hot tub should stay on and be heated at about 99-101 degrees. If you raise the temperature, please lower the temperature after use. The jets will automatically turn off automatically turn off.

The maximum capacity of the Hot Tub is six people. If excessive water has spilled over the edge where the jets are no longer submerged, please add water after use. A hose is located on the north side of the house.

People with infectious diseases should not use the Hot Tub. Do not use drugs or alcohol before or during the use to avoid unconsciousness and possible drowning. Pregnant or possibly pregnant women should consult a physician before entering. Absolutely no pets in the Hot Tub.

The hot tub is maintained after every rental. If any maintenance or other issues need attention during your stay, please contact us immediately.

PETS
If you bring furry family members, pets should be monitored at all times, especially outside. Please DO NOT leave dogs in the home unsupervised. A dog run is located on the north side of the property. Aggressive dogs should be leashed outdoors at all times. We are not responsible for any animal death, or injury, or escape artist that may wander toward the highway. A water and food bowl is located on the porch for your convenience. Please do not allow dogs to bark. Please clean the yard of any dog poop and discard in the outdoor garbage bin. A shovel is located by the dog run.

Located in Bloomington, this vacation home is on a lake. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Bear Lake and Swan Creek Wildlife Managment Area, while National Oregon/California Trail Center and Pickleville Playhouse are cultural highlights.
