This wonderful two bedroom, two bathroom home in the heart of the Plumas Pines neighborhood will delight you and make for a wonderful vacation.... in the mountains.
The Space:

Guest Access:
The entire home, garage, driveway and deck will be for your use during your stay. You will also receive code information to our pool, within blocks of this home.
The Neighborhood:
There is nowhere quite as charming as Graeagle, CA and the neighborhood in Plumas Pines! Experience all that Graeagle has to offer including shops, restaurants, horseback riding, hiking, biking, wine tasting and so much more. Of course, a must, is a visit the quaint but World Famous Graeagle Grocery Store. Our neighborhood is located on the Plumas Pines Golf Resort and reservations with us include use of our pool.
Getting Around:
There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails all within easy distance.
Other Things to Note:
You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes.3 night minimum during holidays. 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year.
Weather conditions and acts of nature that may disrupt or effect your stay such as, but not limited to, rain/snow storms, smoky skies due to forest fires, excessive heat waves, low water or lake/stream levels as a result of drought and/or lack of winter snow fall is of no fault of Agent or Property owner which is out of our control. There will be no refunds due to acts of God, nature, weather or weather-related situations, mechanical or electrical failure, ski or golf conditions, power failures or family feuds.
Please understand that visiting natural forest mountain environments in the Eastern Sierras of California are beautiful...but can be unpredictable.
Interaction with Guests:
We are a Vacation Rental management company that is open 7 days a week. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests and texts is: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during peak season to answer any questions you may have! Ellen from Plumas Pines Vacation Homes and Rentals.
Located in Plumas Eureka Estates, a neighborhood in Blairsden-Graeagle, this vacation home is in the mountains. Indian Peak Vineyards and Whitehawk Ranch Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Sierra Nevada Conservancy and Plumas-Eureka State Park. Western Pacific Railroad Museum and Pioneer Park are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with fishing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with horse riding and mountain climbing.
