Take a stroll around the quaint walking path nestled among the soaring pines through the landscaped back yard.
A 5-minute walk and you are in downtown Graeagle. Shop the quaint stores, including the world famous general store built in 1918, or enjoy a refreshment at The Outpost. Behind the Outpost is the Mill Pond, offering kayak or paddle board rentals and a well maintained loop perfect for a casual and easy stroll around.
Love to play outside? Championship golf is across the street. Horseback riding, tennis and pickleball courts are within walking distance. The Lakes Basin Recreation Area, offering world class hiking, fishing and mountain biking are within minutes of the house. Rackets for pickleball and tennis, a leisure bike and guide books are provided by your hosts.
After an exciting day of playing in the great outdoors, you will feel the Frazier calling you home. Cook up a feast fit for a king in the expansive kitchen complete with a double oven, cooktop stove and every appliance and gadget you could need to whip up a gourmet meal.

There are outdoor security cameras facing the driveway, along the side of garage and toward the greenhouse. They are only active when house is vacant, in an emergency or report of a threat.
