• Main floor deck overlooking breathtaking long-range views with various seating, a picnic table, and a gas grill.
• Lower-level deck with traditional porch swing, rocking chairs, and 8-person hot tub.
• The garage is accessible for up to 2 vehicles. Additional parking is available along the lower level of the home.

• Main floor bedroom with a king-size bed; a full bathroom, with a bathtub and shower combination, can be accessed from the hallway.
• The upper level offers two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin-size beds. A full bathroom, with a walk-in shower, can be accessed from the hallway.
• The lower level provides a primary suite with a king-size bed, gas log fireplace, 55" Smart TV for streaming, and a spacious bathroom with two vanities and a walk-in shower. Note: The woodstove is not usable, but the gas fireplace next to it is.

Please note: This home does NOT allow pets. There are 6 exterior cameras. No RVs, boat trailers, camping trailers, or trailers of any kind are permitted at this home. Please be aware that a small section of the road (0.5 mile) is steep and narrow with low visibility; exercise caution. While the home does not have central air, it is equipped with 5 mini-split units — one in each bedroom and one in the living room — to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.
Located in Black Mountain, this vacation home is in the mountains. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Blue Ridge Parkway Asheville Entrance and Pisgah National Forest. The Merry Wine Market and Black Mountain Center for the Arts are also worth visiting. Swimming offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and mountain biking nearby.
