You will love the peace and tranquility of this brick beauty, located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Rest and relax after a busy day of swimming, fishing, beach walking, golfing, shopping, gambling, or wandering the quaint shops of downtown Ocean Springs. Pull back into this oasis to recuperate and charge up for another day of Gulf Coast fun. Enjoy the flexibility of the 3rd bedroom which can be a 2nd living area, or pull out the sofa bed for sleeping-perfect for a multiple-couple stay!
The house has an airy open feel with vaulted ceilings in most areas. The colors and furnishings are restful and comfortable. The master bedroom with king bed has a full bath that includes a jetted tub, a shower, and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a curtained bed and gorgeous morning light. The 3rd bedroom is set up to be used either as a second living space or as a bedroom. The room includes a sleeper sofa, and a pair of ottomans that each convert into a tray-top table and footstool. There is a washer and dryer tucked into a closet off the main hallway. The living room includes a wood burning fireplace-please use wrapped fire logs- for a comfy evening movie night. Tucked next to the picture windows in the Living Room you will find a desk to take care of any business. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a french door refrigerator. There is a separate coffee/wet bar in the kitchen with a pass-through to the living room.
There is parking available in the driveway. There is a deck that can be accessed from the door in the living room with a grill and patio chairs. The back yard is fenced. There is a security camera that monitors the front entry, driveway, and lawn area.
This is a whole-house rental, aside from 3 areas that will not be available, and will be locked off: the garage, the front room by the living room, and a linen closet.
Located in Biloxi, this vacation home is by the sea. Travelers eager for a bit of culture can stop by Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Biloxi Beach and Ocean Springs Beach. Realizations - The Walter Anderson Shop and Mary O'Keefe Cultural Arts Center are also worth visiting.
