• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Load the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• Turn off water in the basement under the stair well on the back right by turning the two valves on the copper meter a quarter of a rotation to the left and right facing away from each other.
• Turn off hot water breaker in garage circuit box which is 2nd to the bottom on the left and should be the only breaker switch that is off.
• Heat is via hot water, which takes time, so turn up all thermostats in rooms you are going to use (down stairs bedroom, kitchen and two upstairs bedrooms) to 68 and no more than 70 degrees.
