Inside, you'll find four spacious bedrooms and two full bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to nine guests. The open-concept living area features cozy seating, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace—perfect for curling up after a day of mountain adventures. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a dining area, and a breakfast bar, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.
Step outside onto the private deck, where you can fire up the BBQ grill and unwind under the stars. The large, fenced backyard offers space to play in the snow during winter or bask in the sunshine during the warmer months. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and convenient parking for two vehicles.

House Rules and Notes
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 10 AM
Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.
Moonridge, a neighborhood in Big Bear City, is home to this vacation home. The Village and Interlaken Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Stanfield Marsh Wildlife and Waterfowl Preserve and Big Bear Lake.
