This unique game room offers a gorgeous knotty pine built in wet bar that is perfect for entertaining a dinner party or serving up your adult beverages as you challenge each other at a game of billiards on the regulation size pool table. A convenient half bath is available here on this entry level and it doubles as a sleeping quarter that would be perfect for the kids or teens on the sleeper sofa.
