Experience Bethesda like a local in this 3-bedroom house. Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. With amenities like heating, WiFi, and a washing machine, guests can feel right at home. The 3 bathrooms offer a bathtub . This welcoming property is a marvelous choice for your stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. The house has three floors, with the basement set up as a separate apartment that has its own private entrance and is currently occupied. You will have the whole fenced yard to yourself. There is sound insulation between the floors, so you won’t notice any presence from below. I have rented the place to a few people in the past with Pets or children and received no complaints. One of them even extended to stay for 1 more month. Located in very convenient, high end neighborhoods. Lastly, the house is deep cleaned before the guests arrive. I also washed sheets, blankets and comforter after the guests leave. A nice neighborhood to walk around and close proximity to everything.
Bethesda is home to this vacation home. Smithsonian Institution and Kennedy Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include White House and Washington Monument. Smithsonian's National Zoo and National Museum of Natural History are not to be missed.
