INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:
- You will have full access to all of the amenities of the home!
- Guests are welcome to use the grill free of charge. The grill is hooked up to a propane line.
- Guests will be required to supply their own firewood for the fire pit.
- Dogs are allowed and must be authorized by the Host. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.

POOL HEATING:
Guests will always have access to the hot tub and sauna. The pool is ideally open from Memorial Day – Labor Day (Late May to early September) - open & close dates are somewhat subject to weather & season!

If you would like to add pool heat (up to 82-85 degrees), you can add it for $30/day or $180/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). The filter and heat pumps run from 7AM - 9PM, and it will take a few hours to warm in the AM. In a cold snap, the heater may not be as effective, and we do not issue weather related refunds for heating.

Located in Bethel, this vacation home is near theme parks and on a river. Sunday River and Little White Cap Ski Lift are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore White Mountain National Forest and Grafton Notch State Park.
