This house is spacious and bright with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms - just two blocks from the beach. Parking for six cars.
There are three master suites with attached bathrooms and king sized beds. The fourth bedroom also has a king sized bed. The fifth bedroom has a queen sized bed. The sixth bedroom has bunkbeds with a full sized bed on the bottom and a twin sized bed on the top. The seventh bedroom has twin and full sized beds. Comfortably sleeps 16 people.
There are decks on the second and third floors. The third floor deck is screened in and has a dining room table which seats eight, which is in addition to the table in the dining room which seats 10-12. There are two new picnic tables in the backyard as well as gas and charcoal grills. Backyard is large enough for outdoor activities such as corn hole and croquet.
Fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Includes both a living room and den - both with flat screened TVs. Five of the bedrooms also have flat screened TVs. House is wifi enabled and has cable throughout.
A storage closet contains beach toys, chairs, and a beach cart. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower. Two laundry rooms - each with a washer and dryer.
It is on the ocean side of Route 1, just 2 blocks from the beach and 5 blocks north of Bethany's main street, Garfield Parkway, with its many restaurants and shops.
